We want your support of khoshra to feel right. If you change your mind about a “buy a coffee” donation, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. You can also write to us at hello@khoshra.online and we’ll help you through it. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.
After the refund window
If more than 30 days have passed and something went genuinely wrong with a transaction — a duplicate charge, a technical error — contact us and we’ll look into it with Paddle.
